My name is Mia and I have decided to finally stop the endless cycle of weight loss and weight gain by setting new goals: to get fit and become more zen!

This blog will document my daily successes, my slip ups, my fitness routines, my new healthy eating habits and my journey into Zen Buddhism!

Yoga with weights

Definitely going to incorporate this workout routine into my schedule. Says it needs a two day rest period. Which is a-okay with me!
